ALBATTS was at the Batterieforum Berlin-Brandenburg

ALBATTS was invited to the 1st Batterieforum Berlin-Brandenburgheld in Berlin on March, 14. The Conference was carried out by the Brandenburg Economic Development Agency (WFBB) together with the KOMBiH project "Building up competence for battery cell production in the capital region".

The purpose of this forum was to gather the growing battery industry, information about new projects, to exchange ideas with experts, and to make new contacts. It was also a chance to identify common points of interest and opportunities for companies and research in this German region. In addition, by joining a broad specialist audience, a great emphasis was put on the development of skills for battery cell production.

Through our partner the Czech Automotive Industry Association, Lukas Folbrecht represented ALBATTS by giving the keynote speech on ‘Education Development in the European Battery Value Chain’ and sharing main achievements from the partnership. Over the following discussions and contacts, we were very pleased to learn about the tangible impact of the ALBATTS work in this community and interest to be involved in the forthcoming initiatives.
